Bandar Anzali Port was exploited in 1976 for provision of installation, loading / unloading, port construction (civil) works, overhaul of the marine equipment, repairs of in land equipment and navigation services. During the recent years, the new projects have been put into operation successfully including erection of trans-thinner, container handling, under water ship repairs of Mirza K. Khan Ship, research on Fisheries Organization's ships and relocation of two coastal cranes. A repair and maintenance of steering vessels and standardization of navigation aid equipment in Bandar Anzali has been awarded to the Port and the operations are ongoing now.
